Jenga Mtoto Foundation is a NGO (non-profit) learning and support centre dedicated to guiding parents in accessing therapeutic services for their children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
Established in 2018, born out of both personal and professional experience, Jenga Mtoto was founded with a deep conviction: that early intervention and tailored support are essential for the growth and development of children with SEND. Our mission is to provide a service that empowers families and makes a lasting impact in the lives of these children.
Juliet Lovell Mirembe is the founder and a director of the Jenga Mtoto Foundation. She is a registered Adult Nurse with the UK Nursing and Midwifery Council with over two decades of experience. Originally from Uganda, Juliet now lives and works full-time in the UK as a School Nurse with the National Health Service (NHS).
She is a committed disciple in the Northwest London International Church of Christ (ICOC). Juliet is married to Brian Lovell—also a disciple—for over 20 years. Together, they are proud parents of four children, one of them having special needs.
To raise awareness about the challenges faced by children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and their families.
To educate and train the community on the importance of therapy and how it positively impacts a child’s development.
To build lasting partnerships that go beyond funding— rooted in shared vision and sustainable impact.
To create a platform where families’ voices are heard, valued, and represented by leaders within their communities.
